When you send a message, ask about a car, value a trade or apply for financing, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email and the vehicle you’re interested in. A credit application also asks for details a lender needs, like your date of birth, Social Security number, address, employment and income. Sensitive details are encrypted when we store them.

Like most websites, ours keeps basic visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed. A small cookie remembers how you first found us (the page you landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link) so that if you contact us, we know which of our ads or listings worked.
